With more than 125 jury trials under his belt and Board Certified in Criminal Law, Mitchell Nolte has strong and varied courtroom experience. Although many lawyers claim to be trial lawyers, very few can say they have actually handled more than a handful of cases before a jury.

While Mr. Nolte was at the District Attorney’s Office, he
was entrusted by the Collin County District Attorney as a Special
Crimes Unit Prosecutor. He handle capital
murder and cold case murders, habitual and career criminals, major
narcotic manufacturers and dealers, complex white-collar financial
crimes, public integrity offenses, and other high-profile cases.
Mr.
Nolte also served the Collin County District Attorney as a Chief
Felony Court Prosecutor, having administrative and supervisory
responsibility over two felony courts and a team of prosecutors,
investigators and assistants covering all types of felony offenses.
During this time, Mr. Nolte enjoyed an excellent reputation and fostered close working relationships with federal and state narcotics agents who represent virtually all law enforcement agencies in the North Texas. Mr. Nolte will put that knowledge and those relationships to work for you in helping to gain a better understanding of the nature and circumstances of your case.
